Best take away food I had in years in this area. Amazing bagels. Specially the salt beef bagel , its so tender I wanted to order more. It arrived within 15 minutes. I shall be ordering more

Excellent food. Ordered the NY special, gourmet burger (AMAZING), mozz pesto panini and avocado bagel. 20 for 2 1.50 del. Received in good time, with birthday requests fulfilled (happy birthday on the boxes) can't wait to order again, but stuffed now...
I should preface this review with a caveat, as I have ordered from here before and the food was good. However, my experience ordering breakfast today has been so poor that I feel compelled to make a post. This morning I placed an order for a bagel and smoothie through Uber Eats at 10.30, and was given an estimated delivery time between 11.15 and 11.30. My slot came and went with no delivery; so I contacted the store and was told by the staff member that the delivery was en route, and should arrive within ten minutes. Ten minutes passed, and still no delivery. I decided to wait a few minutes before calling back, and when I did the staff member was very apologetic, and agreed to call the delivery driver to rectify the problem. A few minutes later, he called back and offered to re-process my order, to which I agreed. This was at 1 o’clock. It is now a quarter past two, and still no delivery. I have requested a refund from Uber Eats, and would be hesitant to order from here again. I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem if you chose to collect from the store: as I said, the food is of decent quality. If you need it delivered, however, I’d suggest trying somewhere else.
