I’m giving this place 3 stars because they were unable to help my son and referred him to a place that did not accept his insurance. I must give Kudos to Nilsa at the front desk who showed care and compassion. She worked hard to help my son obtain his records so he could seek medical attention elsewhere. Thank you for responding to the sense of urgency.
