Good vibes. Attentive service. Food is solid. Nothing mind blowing, but still delicious. The one michelin star def hyped up the place quite a bit. Its a perfect spot to gather w friends or go on a casual date.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Jeju Noodle Bar. Despite the odd times, I was provided with great service and admired the ambiance as I was seated on the patio outside of the restaurant. We started off with the Amberjack Jangachi, which was the perfect amount of everything and brought a whole lot of great flavors forward. The textures of the vegetables like the daikon and cucumber radish are traditional to South Korean cuisine and were elevated wonderfully with this dish. The fish was the star though and easily outshined a lot of raw dish plates I’ve had that are all show and no tell. The Ja Jang Ribs came next and were so savory with that same elevated Korean tradition brought to the plate. And the Toro Ssam Bap? Absolutely phenomenal. Like kimbapp from when you were a kid but with that fatty tuna and caviar and such fluffy eggs it’s game over. We topped it off with the restaurant’s namesake: noodles. Jeju’s Gochu Ramyun did indeed fill the soul, and it sets itself apart from the traditional Japanese Ramen (that’s plentiful throughout the Villages and the country) with kimchi contributing a new factor. I understand why they have a Michelin star and I hope to dine-in soon. Thank you to the team at Jeju for the perfect Sunday meal.

The food was unique and good. Outdoor dining was annoying because of the sunlight. Some tables didn't have sunshade. The strawberry yuju ade was great. I would like to visit here again.
