I wish I could give zero stars! The staff is completely rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. The receptionist is an absolute terror, yelling at almost every person who asked any questions. Even if you have an appointment you have to wait outside in the cold. I waited for over an hour while being harassed by a homeless man. When I went in for my appointment the woman claimed there was a mistake and I had to come back another day. I patiently went outside to call customer service on the phone, who fixed everything and told me I should have no problem re entering for my appointment. Yet I was treated horribly and screamed at to leave. The receptionist has serious anger management problems and should not be in any kind of customer service role.

Prints rejected by the Federal Gov. due to 'the quality of the characteristics is too low to be used.' Waste of time and money. Shout out to the unprofessional young people who were processing the fingerprints. Perhaps if you gossiped less the fingerprints would've been done legible. Avoid if possible.

Today, Friday January 29th, 2021 I had the worst experience of my entire life. I arrived very early for my fingerprinting appointment but still had to wait over an hour outside in very cold weather before I was attended to. FYI: the weather outside this morning is in the 20s and extremely wind. I explained to one of the employees that I came all the way from NJ for an appointment somewhere down the street and finished early so I came for my fingerprinting and my chest is aching from standing outside in freezing cold weather but the lady rudely replied she didn't care and that I have to wait till my appointment time before I can be seen...at this point I have been waiting for 45mins but she didn't care at all and instead she was busy being very nasty and condescending. The lady in question is the heavy set African American woman working the front desk with a very disgusting attitude...one of the most insolent human beings I have ever encountered... speaks volume of the management at this particular location! I will never ever step my foot to this place again and will make sure I warn anyone I know to stay far away too. I have been home in NJ for over an hour now but my nose, forehead and chest still hurt badly from standing outside your establishment for so long in frigid weather. If my health continues to deteriorate as a result of this encounter, I will file a formal complaint against your establishment!
