Totally inept at communicating. Can not give correct information about where patients should go to receive bc implant. Partner was told to come in and receive a new implant but they never ordered it. Waste of a co-pay. This was in November. Today they told her they can not do this in their office and need to go elsewhere. Very disappointed.
