City Births - Childbirth Classes

So informative and fun at the same time! We just attended the Childbirth Preparation one-day course with Naima, and she did an amazing job! There's a theoretical part, video clips and a extensive practical part with great tips! The group sizes are small and there's enough time for questions. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for accommodating all of us in yesterday's birthing class by moving it online. The video conference was a great way to get the necessary information, ask questions, and have discussions about birth.The class empowered me to feel like I have the knowledge to have the birth experience of my choice. Took Childbirth Education and Infant Care classes here recently and had a terrific experience. The small group setting makes the sessions very personal, as you are able to ask questions and interact with the instructor throughout. The space is also very clean (infant dolls were thoroughly disinfected, which was important to us given current climate) and extremely accommodating for expecting mothers (bouncy balls to sit on, massagers available). The actual content was thorough (but not overwhelming) and the instructors did a great job pacing the class and focusing on points of emphasis. I took Breastfeeding and Infant CPR classes elsewhere and wish I hadn't, because City Births is an amazing one-stop shop for expecting parents looking to become more informed and confident. Highly recommend.

My husband and I took City Births' infant CPR class last week (due to COVID, the course was over Zoom). The course was GREAT and we are so glad we did it. There was so much useful information packed in to two hours, and we both feel way more confident about how to react in an emergency situation that might require infant CPR. Vanessa was energetic and engaging and did a fantastic job!

Linda was an exceptional educator. I could not have imagined a better class and loved that it is now offered online (streamed live) due to Covid. The idea of first time labor for a new mom is such a scary idea and she turned my mind around. She loves what she does, is an amazing communicator, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Thank you so much Linda and City Births- the knowledge you gave us will be forever appreciated and remembered.
