Charter Jet One is a class operation. They offer a premium service, with no detail overlooked particularly when it comes to security and cleanliness. Their transparency with pricing is a breath of fresh air, especially compared with other outfits I've dealt with in the past.

Hesitating to travel during this pandemic, Charter Jet One provided every attention to every sanitary related detail, and a wonderful, stress free flight home.
Richard B. A rep just chewed me out on the phone when getting prices for a jet as I decided to use a competitor for a better price and newer plane. No class and horrible service!!!! No thank you. Avoid this charter place. He asked for a credit card without a manifest for 12.5k Will never use them. Thank you for your customer service, will never use again. Horrible service. Avoid!!!!! Avoid! Avoid!
Great customer service!
