I ordered over the phone. Went 40 mins later and they couldn’t find the order. I called ahead because you have to wait outside and I still had to wait outside. Please do better. The food looked so good online

Such great, flavorful food every time. I regularly crave Cachapas every few weeks and have to drive out to get it. Definitely a favorite.

By far the best food around, we travel all the way from Staten Island just for the shredded chicken cachapa! And their pink sauce is the best! Love this place!
Food is amazing but there's a major flaw, their costumer service is getting worse as they get more famous. They always have a nasty attitude (mostly the front girls) and they barely listen when you order, they made mistakes on some of my orders because of this. I've been going to this place for almost 10 years and unfortunately I will keep going even with the bad costumer service just because I love their food. Hopefully they put their feet on the ground and realize that bad costumer service can ruin their business.
