This place probably has the best dosa’s that I have tasted Stateside. And I have had quite a few. I visited this place twice on my visit to NYC. Restaurant is walking distance from SOHO and seldom crowded. The best item on the menu is Gunpowder Masala Dosa. Dosa is wonderfully spiced and has a certain amount of heat to it. The selection of chutneys and sambhar served alongside is pretty decent. I tried the Rasam as well and found it to be a bit too spicy and hot for my taste. I was literally sweating in the January winter after a bowl of that. Definitely worth a visit if vegetarian food and dosa’s are your jam.
