I had a superb in this restaurant. We liked the nice atmosphere and the menu. The staff members are very welcoming. I am happy we eventually managed to eat here.
Brilliant!!! The staff and management have worked hard to ensure customers feel safe, reduced the amount of tables, installed screens, overall I'm very impressed. The meal is excellent value and all freshly cooked, the staff ensure you've plenty to eat too. Very friendly attentive staff, very professional, all wearing facemasks and visors to ensure you feel safe and thoroughly cleaning the menus, tables and chairs after use. I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this great restaurant. Well we passed a fantastic evening and the place was definitely the reason for the strong gathering. The team collaborated in a pleasant style, the cuisine was great and my buddies were very joyful. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.
So I went to the restaurant with my 8 year old daughter and we ordered 2 all you can eat menus, 1 adult and 1 child. My daughter only had a soup and shared some crispy duck with me, when the bill came, they had charged my daughter adult price, the childrens menu says 8 years and younger, I said to the waitress, she is 8, they then replied that the child needs to be under 8, if they are exactly 8 years old they have to pay adult price, I argued that I wasnt paying the adult price for my child, so then the waitress started threatening us that she was going to call the police, which made my daughter cry, in the end I gave her my card and just paid it, the waitress then had the cheek to ask where my manners are hahaha, hope the business fails!
