Everyone we worked with at Jensen was very courteous and helpful in the whole buying process. Our sales person, Brian went over every detail on the vehicle we test drove and was very understanding with us when we wanted to think it over and drive another vehicle. After driving another vehicle we were certain that we really loved the first one. The dealership gave us a great deal on our trade-in as well. On to financing, Doug sure made this part of the process a breeze - it was way less stressful than other times we've made purchases. Final note: When we got the tabs for our vehicle, inside the envelope was 42 cash. They found and corrected a fee for the license plates, something we didn't know about and being the honest people they are, they made sure we received the money back. We were impressed with their integrity. What a refreshing car buying experience!

Very helpful and straightforward. Made buying a car easy! I have to edit my review. I think the sales people are great, but service is not. A week after I bought the car there was smoke coming from the engine compartment and the power steering pump started its telltale whine a week after that. When I brought it in they said the pressure hose was at times spreading fluid out. The back side of the engine was soaked. Ok so MAYBE it wasn't doing this before I bought it, but I'm doubtful. They said they would charge nearly 2000 to fix it, but seeing as though I just bought it, they'd cover half. What a scam! I got parts on Rock Auto for 135 and my mechanic charged 211 to replace it. When my husband stopped in to ask about putting more fluid in, the service guy said this model has electric power steering and doesn't take fluid. What!? Lol! Not correct. Very concerning.

Called about having some Cadillac recall work done on my vehicle. I knew the parts for the recall work have been a couple months out, so I asked if I could have the parts ordered and drop the car off when they get them in. Was told the car would have to be on the lot for them to order the parts and would have to remain on the lot until it was installed. Called Lockwood Motors in Marshall, Minnesota who placed an order for the parts, called me back with an update for when they would have them in, and said I could bring the car in for the work when they get it. Tried to keep my business as local as possible, but leaving my car on a lot for an unknown period of time is not acceptable. Happy to keep it in my possession, even if not driving it, until I can take it to Marshall.
