The receptionist Michelle was nice - that is the only positive aspect of my experience here. The counsellor and I say that word loosely because this woman was so rude and had no idea what she was talking about - she made comments that were rude towards myself, told me not to laugh or smile during therapy with her and moaned about the NHS getting money as opposed to this service. Very unprofessional lady, wouldn’t recommend.

Disgusting treatment of their clients. They take advantage of vulnerable people and change the prices. Wouldn’t pay a single penny for their unskilled and inexperienced “counsellors”. Communication throughout the service is appalling. Had family use their services a while ago and never again

A family I know needed help and counciling. They came to you for that help and counciling and couldn't afford your \donation\. Is it only those that can afford your donation that can get help or are there exceptions?
