Firmager had been chosen in advance by my mother to arrange her funeral. It was good to meet Helen and hear how she had visited mum at home 2/3 years before to make the basic plan. Helen was very kind and efficient and looked after me well to set up the detail. On the day, Ashley and his team were punctual and saw us through the service respectfully, helpfully and with due regard to the Covid guidelines.

Despite having to arrange the funeral from Hampshire I was given excellent support from Helen who was sympathetic, helpful and always quick to respond if I had a question. On the day of funeral Ashley was tremendous assisting us in a friendly and dignified manner. Between them they made a pretty awful time so much more bearable.
