Had Smart Energy install underfloor insulation recently. There was some damage done to existing ducting under the floor during the install. Luke took full control and made sure everything was taken care of to reinstate the ducting. Thankyou Smart Energy

short version......two days wasted waiting for these guys to show up both days rang when they were over an hour late and was told they would be there then no shows and no phone call. They don't seem to care to be honest I ended up getting a quote from someone else and had it done by them instead (Have since had a phone call which was appreciated thankyou and would like to add that when I had my quote done by Blair I was very pleased and he was lovely to deal with hopefully the team can follow suit)

Worst experience dealing with this company EVER. After Blair gave us a quote we were impressed with him and decided to go ahead. Now totally regretting it! After a huge amount of them time wasting and not coming when booked in, finally had guys show up who were there all day but left without finishing, no underfloor except some on the ground, without letting me know & broke the frame around my manhole & hid the wood (and didn't tell me). Months later have finally had underfloor finished and have not had my complaints (two phone and one email) responded to & have been invoiced. Basically a mickey mouse outfit who don't care about their customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Had both ceiling and underfloor insulation done was a headach from the start, on the day they first arrived they installed the ceiling insulation which all went well untill they went to do the underfloor which they brought the wrong size product with them and one of them them was quite ill so organized another day, when they came the second time they brought the wrong size product Again, then organised a 3rd time to have it done which they managed to get the right size this time, after coming home I went under the house to have a look and they had failed to complete it missing patches but had sent a letter to say it had been completed and inspected somehow with the house LOCKED, had called and a inspector came out checked the ceiling and finshed the underfloor but had to ask how to get under the house, what a joke this outfit is and incredibly unprofessional
