This museum complex is extremely well presented and every display seems fresh and new. When you enter the museum you are given a real persons dog tag, which we can then use to store facts, items and points of interest for review online at a later date when you get home. I went with a 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl and we easily filled 3-4 hours happily engaged. Would highly recommend.

We visited for 2 1/2 hours and had to come back for more! The 4D movie is an absolute must! We took our teenagers and my parents and this museum was their favorite part of the entire trip. It was absolutely WONDERFUL! So much more than I expected!

Pretty good. I visited for scout week. My daughter enjoyed writing to the veterans. Mask are required. A few areas in the museum had bottle necks of people so we skipped those. Overall it was a great experience for us.

This museum is massive! We spent 4 hours here, but can easily spend the entire day if you want to take your time. I really enjoyed reading through the history and learning various aspects of New Orleans history and the war.

A truly amazing experience! All the exhibits were accurate and very interactive. Allowing you to use a dogtag to see a person's journey and experience during the war brings it closer and more personal. The recreated terrain and videos give you a real visual on what they went through. Plan to spend an entire day there if you want to experience it all.
