Parasol's must always be a part of any \best po boy\ conversation for their tremendous roast beef sandwich. The beef is extremely tender and as juicy as any cut you've ever had. Get two different sandwiches and split if it's your first time. You're much more likely avoiding the generally busy lines of you come during off hours or right when they open

Food is good and people are nice. 45 minutes for two poboys is too long. Tracy's is right down the street and much faster.

The roast beef is really good. I really like the bread that the po boys are made from. My cousin ordered the oyster po boy and said that it was dry

This was one of the best food experiences in NOLA yet. Words can not even describe how good the Roast Beef Po Boy is. Phenomenal. Honestly one of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had, and probably one of the top 10 sandwiches I’ve ever had. Also, the customer service was on point. Justin was extremely nice and welcoming and did everything he could to make sure our visit was excellent. If you come to NOLA and don’t go here, then I’m not sure why you even bothered to come to NOLA.

If you're new to poboys, this is a good place to start. It's not bad, but I've had better roast beef poboys. Don't get me wrong, it was ok. But as someone who kinda sorta grew up on poboys, there are better places.
