Amazing service and extremely professional. Hayley and Arnie emailed all the correct paperwork and made all costs transparent. They transported my puppy over 200 miles and he arrived with us so happy and content. We were given regular text updates throughout their journey and their ETA was spot on. I would have no hesitation recommending them. They are so kind and considerate and made us feel at ease knowing our new addition to the family was in safe hands. Thank you again, which i why i have given you a five star rating (I tried to give 6 stars but there wasn't the option!)

We often work away and have to leave our two cats behind. We got in touch with Animals at Home South Hants, as we wanted both cats to be able to stay at home, where they would be happier and comfortable. We have used the company twice now and Hayley and Jo have been absolutely wonderful! Our cats are loved, fed and groomed..and our house plants are looked after too! Communication has been fantastic during the whole time we are away. We often get little photos and video snippets, which gives us peace of mind. It is so nice knowing that our fur babies are being so well looked after.

What a fantastic and caring service! We are in quarantine and needed help to pick up our new puppy from Huddersfield - 4.5 hours away. Communication with both us and the breeder was fantastic and both of us received ETA's and puppy photographs from Haley and Arnie. 'Ziggy' was transported in tip top comfort with all Covid Regulations being kept to. We will use you again and would highly recommend you .

My wife and I could not be more praiseworthy of the excellent and professional service afforded our new puppy by Hayley and Arnie. Excellent comms from the outset, everything offered and agreed went like clockwork and our new puppy arrived in excellent condition with his tail wagging and clearly relaxed and happy. As a bonus, Hayley and Arnie are clearly dog lovers and take a real pride in their professionalism. The photo and follow up e-mail were nice added touches. They put us at ease from start to finish and we can only say a big thanks.
