Lovely place to stay with easy access to the train station for a day out in Buxton or Manchester. Local pubs and restaurants are also very handy. The Sett Valley trail is a must and takes you to Hayfield which is very pretty. The toilets and showers are well maintained, very clean and modern. We would certainly recommend and return.

I didn't go there today, only walked past on a 7 mile walk. Have been there before though, it's very well kept, neat & tidy. Would live a boat holiday
New Mills marina is a lovely place, the management team are so helpful and the site is maintained to a very high standard. The marina has many residential canal boats, offers great pitches for a caravan or campervan and even has two holiday lets. Highly recommended a visit to New Mills marina and if you are lucky you might pick a weekend where the on site Torr Side brewery is open to the public.
Excellent cl site. Good facilities, level and all hard standing. Very peaceful. Some Brilliant walks from the site. You overlook the barges and canal which is cute.
Stopped here 4 nights in our Motorhome lovely place spotlessy CLEAN. Will stay again
