Always a pleasant enough experience shopping here. Well stocked and laid out. I like the new self service counters, it has seemed to help with the queues at the tills, but I hope they don’t cause a loss of staff, as the staff are friendly and add to the shop, so it would be a shame to lose them.

Amazing costumer service- today was served by Ryan and he was a real professional. Great store with clothes in all sizes. Very reasonable prices.
Closed in LD3 on Sat& Sun for click & collect?!? Seems unreasonable. A lot of ppl shopping (keeping the economy going/saving jobs) are still working full time so can only do weekends.
I have just been in matalan new malden...I left 30 on the counter...Belinda phones me and called back to store to collect it....I would like to than her for such amazing service.
