Really big store. Tons of products, very wide range and huge variety. They have parking space, trolleys, and good customer service. I love their selection of indoor and outdoor plants and their seasonal section, specially for Christmas.
In this present depressing state we live in at present it was wonderful to visit New Malden store to return a faulty item for exchange and meet the Queen of B & Q, - SARAH ! - in the Electric Lighting Dept. What an example of customer care, nothing was too much trouble. I hope some of the younger generation take notes, you don’t have to whizz around & tire yourself just make the customer feel wanted & valued and we remember the ‘SARAH’S ‘ and return ! Thank You B & Q It Was a PLEASURE ! (a happy worker is a good worker)

Awful in a word. Nobody wants to help or even slightly interested. Most of the staff are too busy playing with their phones. Store layout is poor and full of dump bins selling cheap piles high stock. Saw several people walking around with no masks and even some of the staff too. It's been a while since I've been to B&Q and I won't be rushing back.
