First time ordering from New Lotus House tonight, delivery was very fast. Food was nice and hot when arrived. All the dishes I ordered was well flavoured and will definitely order from here again. Thank you guys...Credit for the kitchen chefs.
Easily the best Chinese takeaway in Crawley. Their food has always been tasty, hot on arrival and decent portions. They’re also cheaper than most other places so definitely a winner.
Nice place and food great very hand to take way food before work
This is the worst takeaway I honestly have had i dont like complaining about food if I don't have to but on this occasion I felt I needed share the experience the food was cold chicken balls was dry but the batter was undercooked and like raw dough the beef chowmein was slimy and cold barely any flavour the special fried rice had a stale taste and the sweet and sour chicken hongkong style was cold and again hardly any flavour we had crispy chilli beef that was crunchy on the inside as its supposed to be however it was anemic and flavourless the portion sizes are very small normally from other places I order the same stuff and have enough to feed a family of 4 with some leftover this time we barely had enough not that we ate it all as we was quite put off of our meals I phoned to let them know about the issue the lady on the phone was nice but the man in the back was screaming and shouting at her like it was her fault and I felt quite bad for her very bad experience
