Went in here recently with two friends who had helped us move in to our new home. The food was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend the banoffee pie ! Scrumptious. Very nice and welcoming staff in the dining room and the bar staff (the landlord I guess ) was very welcoming also . If you are visiting Folkingham certainly pop in here , it's worth a visit.

Meals are well cooked, well presented and reasonably priced. Sunday roasts definitely a favourite.
Excellent Sunday lunch yesterday. Very friendly pub. We opted for the smaller portion at 7.50. Amazing value. Having had a prawn cocktail starter, I couldn’t have eaten more. I had roast chicken, lovely bacon-wrapped stuffing, crispy roast potatoes, mash, Yorkshire pudding and lots of veg, including perfect cauliflower cheese. My partner had the beef, which he said was perfect. Highly recommended
