Paul at new image ink did incredible work for my sister's memorial tattoo. He understood how I wanted it to be perfect. However after telling me many times that he offered a free touch up policy for up to a year he failed to follow through with it. I tried calling, texting and even messaging on Facebook. The first time we'd talked about the touch up he seemed excited about it. We made the appointment. As I was leaving my house for the appointment I received \Today at 2 won't work for touch-up I'm way behind today.\ Since then I tried to get in contact with Paul several times with no luck. Now I will have to pay someone to touch up his work. I would have even played for him to touch it up as long as it looked good! Very disappointed. His work was excellent and he seems like a great guy but I will have to take my business elsewhere.
