Used them a year ago... Lino had a ridge in which I was told would settle, it didn't it got worse, they came back and said washing machine had leaked and caused it, it didn't! Had to try and rectify myself... Getting it redone now and not by them! Avoid!!

Was a pleasure dealing with New Image carpets first class service friendly staff.Came out within 1 day to measure up and fitted stair carpet to suit us.5 star service.
Great service. Couldn't be happier! Was unsure on what wood flooring to go for but with their advice I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend!
I had to replace flooring quickly in my rental apartment twice due to water leaks in each bathroom. New Image were competitive friendly patient and very helpful. The flooring was replaced quickly and much cheaper than on internet.
