Let’s be honest , starting from the rude and unhelpful front desk staff and valley people , who 1 wouldn’t help you take down your baby or let you park the car close to the entrance so you can take it down , they won’t even hold the door for my wife and because corona virus , they limit to one parent so I can’t go in with her . Just horrible experience. Unfortunately we are stuck going here until COVID-19 fixes things and pediatricians outside of this hospital network where my daughter was born start accepting new patient.
