The drive-thru window at the farm is a unique experience. I'm a local and it's my favorite way to pickup milk for at home (probably because I can pickup our gallon of milk AND a chocolate-almond waffle cone at the same time, and sometimes behind an Amish buggy)! It never gets old! The staff is friendly and is always generous with the ice cream scooping. You won't be disappointed!

Great place to visit. Very clean ice cream shop with the most delicious smell. We didn't order anything but the ice cream looked amazing. The young lady who helped us was very friendly. I didn't see anyone wearing a mask unfortunately. They let you walk around the farm and see the animals.
Lapp Valley Farm offers the best black raspberry ice cream in Lancaster County. I never thought I would choose another flavor as my favorite but the black cherry is one experience you must try. The ice cream is phenomenal and I love the big farm house porch during quiet days. On a busy day, you cannot beat the ice cream, milk shake, farm store drive thru window. It is not unusual to see a horse and buggy picking up a sweet treat or the motor scooter club out for a ride. Families can tour the farm areas and see the Jersey cows which produce the very creamy ice cream. It is an experience which should not be missed. If you go into the little country farm store to select your ice cream, you will be enticed by the fresh milk, yogurt, butter and the gallon/half gallon/pints etc. Be warned, the smell of waffle cones will make your mouth salivate as you wait your turn. I highly suggest getting the waffle cone as they are a treat in themselves. The staff is very friendly and efficient. A true Lancaster County treasure in a beautiful farm setting. A lovely outing not to be missed. Traditional homemade flavors include: vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, butter pecan, butter brickle, chocolate marshmallow, mint chocolate chip, peanut butter twirl, cookies and cream, black raspberry, black cherry, etc. Additional locations include: Kitchen Kettle Village and Green Dragon Market.
Best ice cream in Lancaster County!! Awesome little store with lots of flavors of delicious soft serve ice cream. Milk shake or waffle cone is definitely my favorite.
Amazing ice cream and even nicer employees!! My family loved petting all of the cows as well. Such a beautiful place.
