My basement looked awful and I desperately needed to reorganize and clean. Sada Marshall and her cleaning crew, Sadies Professional Cleaning Services LLC had donated their time cleaning several buildings owned by our church on three separate occasions in the past. I decided to reach back out to her about cleaning and organizing my basement and she agreed. I’ve known Sada since she was a little girl and knowing the quality of work her team and she performed I don’t know why I didn’t reach out to her earlier. She helped me assess what would be needed to make the space functional and organized canned food, laundry and household supplies, luggage, clothing and other personal items. She purchased an additional storage shelving unit and wow, what a difference it made. This crew did an immaculate job and it exceeded my expectations. It looks and smells clean! I have space to move around without bumping into something. She removed spider webs, old moldy tattered rugs, she washed and rehung curtains for my basement windows and threw out bags of cluttered “things” that I was no longer using. Her organizational skills are impeccable as well. My husband and I are seniors and as much as I’d like to try and keep things in place, I haven’t been successful at reaching that goal. With the onset of COVID-19, I would pick up the groceries and supplies we needed but placed them on the floor. Now everything has a “new home” and I plan on keeping it that way. My adult children have been impressed by the work she was able to accomplish and has urged me to maintain this improved arrangement in the basement. I will! We appreciate the assistance Sada and her team has provided for us. It was an all-day project but the finished product was well worth the cost. My family and I will forever be indebted to her and Sadies Professional Cleaning Services LLC.

Sadie and her lead technician (Eric, I think?) completely transformed my disaster of an apartment! They sorted my mail, broke down a mountain of boxes for recycling, brought piles of laundry to the basement for me, washed all of my long-neglected dishes, and generally made everything clean and shiny. No more dust, dirt, grime, or standing on top of my (and 10 past residents') mail just to get into my apartment :D. They were very friendly and encouraging, and they made me feel a lot better about my living space. I heartily recommend their services, and I will be using them again in the future.

There’s nothing like great customer service I feel this is a lost art. Whenever I call Sadie and say we have people coming over I know it’s short notice and my place is a mess. Amazing!! Our apartment looks new! Had Sadie come to give our apartment a much needed deep cleaning, and we we're more than satisfies. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time with all necessary equipment. We left for some of that time, and felt very safe leaving our home and valuables in Sadie's capable hands. Definitely will be booking in the future, highly recommend!
