I’ve been a member at New Era for a year now. I started on an 8 week programme and new it needed a permanent place in my life. My fitness is the best it’s ever been and I’ve lost weight and inches but gained a fun and motivated way of doing it! The coaches are amazing here and will push you, laugh with you and keep you accountable, as do the friends you make along the way. It’s really just part of my daily routine now and something I look forward to doing no matter which session I attend.

Cant speak highly enough about this place! Friendly and welcoming from the get go. No egos no poses just a true community!! If results are what you are after i would suggest you look no further...all staff always on hand to get you to your goal. You will love this place and not only achieve but build friends along the way
I needed to do something about my fitness and weight so my partner recommended New Era. The guys have been so supportive. The food plans have been spot on and the training in the gym excellent. I am only 2 weeks in to a 28 day boot camp but have already lost 12lb and really starting to look and feel amazing. THANKS GUYS

This is my 10th week at New Era and there really are no words to express the positive change physically and mentally and the massive impact it has had on my life. I was at a very low point in my life and the coaches and team have inspired me, guided me and supported me through this transition. I have lost 1st 4lbs and have lost a total of 18.5 inches so far and I feel the happiest and most confident I have felt in a long time. Its an amazing place to be and an amazing community to be involved with. One of the best decisions I have made is joining the New Era family!!!
