I am a complete novice and wanted to give yoga ago knowing the health benefits. The teachers are excellent - breaking down each move, explaining where you should feel the stretch and adapting to each persons level. I might still be at a stage of regularly falling over as I try and master each move but am confident that I will with the support of this great team. Go give it a go!
Finally a dedicated yoga studio in Winchester. Great studio filled with light. Felt a little cramped over the taster weekend but hope the classes will be a little less so once it opens for business. Looks like a great range of yoga classes for every taste. Exciting times.
The New Energy Yoga Studio taster session that I attended on Saturday morning was excellent - Poppy's teaching was very clear and at a good pace - we covered a lot of poses in the 30 minutes. What a great studio - and a really nice welcome. I can't wait for the classes to start in May :)
