I had got haircuts twice at Tanishqa. The staff is well behaved and consider all the needs of a customer. They're receptive to the feedback and do their best to improve the experience. I totally recommend them. Excellent Service!

Costly haircuts. Good staff and services but not right for college students and people looking for cheaper places. You can try Tresses instead. It has a great set of experts and the price in on a lower range but the best part about it is it's located right nearby Tanishqa.

Very bad experience, i did smoothening and my hair became curly after washing. Only one staff knew the procedure and he was doing for all the customers at a time making others to wait.

Service is not great. Have tried them on 2-3 different occasions as its the nearest to my place but only to be disappointed with service. The ambience is great but that definitely does not cover up for the bad service you get there. Hope someday they’ll match their quality of service to the premium they charge.. till then stay away from such parlour..

Be careful when you visit this salon.I am a bit late posting this review due to the hectic schedule.Let me throw some light on their USP’s.Me as their client- 1.They schedule the appointment and forget,when you reach there they say we only give services by appointment!No proper register or book to maintain appointment record. 2.The new Manager SHALINI BHARDWAJ has no sense of how to deal with their customers. 3.The hair stylist FAISAL has soo much of arrogance and attitude that they lie to an existing customer that he has a client and i was there at the salon for 2 hrs and did not saw him once attending a client. 4.Only one person has sense of attending,managing and making you calm is ANITA DEV RAJOURIA.She has been trying to maintain the image of the brand but the staff and manager have no idea of how to maintain Pr! 5.ALL OF THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THEY HAVE BURNT MY HAIR DOING IRON CURLS.AND HENCE STARTED BEHAVING IN THIS MANNER. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
