Extremely disappointed by the staffs behavior and the poor conditions of the pg.The food is barely edible, cleaning staff utterly incompetent and on top of that we have to continuously bear with the impolite behaviour of the staff. The floor is mostly covered with thick layer of dust but when you complain about things like these you get the most inadequate response. None of the promised facilities were made available. If you are facing any issues be prepared to solve them yourself because the warden is always indifferent to any of your problems. They won't let go of the smallest opportunity to charge more and more money from you.

They made me pay 30,000 extra even though they had my security of 33,000 which I never got back. My friend lost 52,000 to them. They take the money and then refuse to acknowledge that you've paid the rent. They stole cutlery and stationeries from my room. Another girl also had a book and mobile stolen. My stuff also went missing in the laundry and the washerman snapped rudely at me when I told him so. Neither does the AC work nor is the water heated. I got stomach ulcers from their mess food. Took a month to get better.
My rent was about 17000. In that I got: AC not working for most of the days A few nights even the fan didn't work Right before an exam the light went out and their backup failed No hot water in the winters ANY DAY One night the inverter caught fire right outside my room Public bathrooms are cleaner than room washrooms Clothes went missing in the laundry Things were stolen from my room, valuable things On top of that the staff was extremely rude. They speak to people like roadside labourers. They also take extra money by refusing to let you enter your room until you pay.
Never ever go there. A prison has better conditions believe me. I was stuck with roomate who harrassed me and threw my stuff and when I approached the wardens and the owner they snapped at me saying it was my fault and that I was causing problems in the PG. My friend took a room there before me and she ran away within a month because of their behaviour. A lot of my stuff went missing and they said it was not their problem. Later on I realised they themselves steal your things.
