Vasant Vihar RTO office is near DTC( Delhi Transport corporation) depot. In front help desk available for information and form summit. Inside seating facility available but AC are not working. Staff is helpful, parking facility is not available.
RTO Office Vasant Vihar situated in Vasant Vihar Bus Depot and huge space available in depot but parking is not available there , but depot employees not allow anyone to park vehicle inside the depot , due to which people park there vehicle on road and take risk of vehicle theft or toeing by Police , Role of police is also very intresting , Police station is adjacent to RTO office and they are also. Aware that parking is not available but they appointed towing van to tow vehicle , just to earn money , It is requested to authorities that either make parking available or shift RTO office to some other place
There is No one to help you. And they ask openly for bribe. You will be frustrated if you are going for the first time.
The stops are cooperative except some staff all other stars are good, they are also helpful. I got my learner licence within 2 hours. There are a lot of people coming on daily basis. At least there should be some kind of helpful posters sothat it can be helpful to new people who are coming to that place for the first time.
