Raksha TPA team approach during claim settlement has no class which I can even rate , they are unreachable during need of emergency when you actually need to avail your mediclaim policy , so folks my advise if you have any policy where raksha TPA is associated pls move to other policy immediately as you are stuck at anyway and it will be hard like what I am experiencing dealing with them and their agents in case of emergency need they are not prompt and total pathetic and have unacceptable approach .. I am so disappointed that beside I am multiple policy holder from new india insurance since over 20yrs approx where Raksha is TPA and never claimed, I am struggling to get thru to genuine claim amount enhancement beside several reminders and atekast 100 calls , and spl when we never used it and when needed they are doing drama and no one is responsible who you can reach out and get details or resolve your grievances.. So watch out !!
