The Maharashtra Food Stall has been one of my favourite places to eat in Dilli Haat for many years now. It serves an all-vegetarian menu featuring popular dishes like misal-pao, pao bhaji, sabudana vada, sabudana khichdi, puran poli, zhunja-bhakar, thalipeeth and more. The sabudana khichdi, sabudana vada, and thalipeeth are particular favourites: delicious, good-sized portions, not too greasy or heavy, and definitely going back for again and again.
