Food is okay, waiters does not listen to you much. Try to ask them something they won't listen to you and it shows they are not trained and they are not happy over there. Ambience is okay. Prices are a bit expensive. But overall an average place to visit, if waiters are bit more properly trained then it can be a fine dining experience.

If you only want to have khamiri roti toh sahi h. Baki toh ye serve only stale food. Go for purani delhi Karim's if you want to have a real taste.

I wonder how peopke find this place cos there are no visible signboards to the tiny passage leading to Karims. It is bustling on a weekday at lunch time. We ordered popular items- mutton seekh, chicken jehangiri, brain curry, burrah mutton, shahi paneer with the beautiful hot tandoori rotis. All dishes had excellent unique flavour and were non spicy. Burrah mutton sauce was buttery & delicious but my piece of mutton was tough and inedible. There was a fatty feel which stayed on the fingers even after washing. Mutton biryani is not the best choice. Superb service and good experience to visit old delhi.
