Most Worst Irctc App and Services. I had booked Ticket from Nagpur to Pune in 12114 Pune Nagpur Garib Rath Express in tatakal . But my ticket was not booked. And money was deducted from my account. One week has passed. But did not recieved Refund Amount into my Account. I called customer care they asks me Transaction Id. But does not tell me when refund amount would be credited to my account. I have raised on their Email Id with proper details. But no proper reply is also given on mail id. Donot book your tickets on app
