Out of the Six ATM's in this Branch NONE of them was working, it's very common for ATM's to go down at ICICI ATM's , and when you enquire about the same in the Bank they will just say we don't know, as we don't control the ATM? Please use cheque? Wow this is the reality of Digital India? In the capital of India we have frequent network outages,imagine what happens in villages? RBI should penalise the Banks if the ATM's dont work, when I need My money and the ATM is unavailable its the Banks responsibility to compensate me, while the Banks can charge multiple service charges?

Poor, Very Poor Branch. Worst Service, inferior than State Bank of India. Employees especially Girls sitting inside have a very bog attitude. Not willing to help and DICTATE their own Terms to Customers. ICICI Bank's Top Officials need to re-shake branch employees and give them training for being polite to Customers.
