This bank has some employees which are an example that you should not hire rude people in your bank. Absolutely shocked by the treatment of this bank's employee in getting a home account closed . Have complained on twitter and dm as well. Plz ensure the employees have proper soft skills trainings to talk to the customers. Did not expect this from a GK 1 branch....

Worst banking services I ever recieved. In the first instance there was a demat account opened along with my four year old salary account without my knowledge which I have been trying to close. There is absolutely no customer service, staff here is extremely rude, unhelpful and even told me it would take almost a month to close a dormant account what is it? Worse than sarkari banks!! Due to the unhelpful and rudeness I received, I decided to even close all my accounts as I was sitting in the branch and the personnel didn't even bother and was happy to let go of a customer. Wouldn't recommend this branch ever to anyone. No one knows the system.. I have been asked to run across 5 branches on a single day in the process of closing my account ICICI. Pathetic standards of customer care and customer retention

Very poor servive...they treated their richest customer first no matter who came first or who not..a staff member mrs. \MEGHNA\ was so rude. Very pathetic experience..waste of time.

Untimely service. being a permanent enrollment centre PEC, for Aadhaar update for biometrics, demographics, the one in charge says he will come by 11AM. Blatant disregard for client's time. Horrible!

WORST BRANCH, PATHETIC STAFF. NOBODY BOTHERS TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE. YOU HAVE TO PURSUE THEM TO GET YOUR WORK DONE. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. FROM MY EXPERIENCE I CAN SAY WORST PRIVATE BANK IS ICICI.
