i wish there was NO STAR for rating for ICICI Bank. i have been cheated by the bank , these people upgraded my account without my consent/knowledge, and started charging MAB penalty for which i was not even aware.. when i asked to return my MAB charges , they refused... i have been going post to pillars from base branch to customer care.. but still no Query resolved.. be careful with such frauds
