okay, 1st of all, i’m sorry but i have to say, the customer service is not good. the woman in the reception?? i think, doesn’t speak properly, always frowning. and screams like a witch at her associates. and i think their scale weight is heavy as well. i weight my parcel there it is 12kg, but when i weight it again on Indian Postal service, parcel was only 4kg. I don’t like what i experienced
