Worst after sales service. Bought a pressure pump. Within an year 3 times replaced and the customer care number isn't working due to covid. The form filled online to register complaint has no response. Pick and drop the faulty set. No call even after repaired. Complaint number issued but no response to reinstall it. Never buy from this brand.

Useless company no help from customer care They will not listen once customer buys any product . Please avoid. After so many follow-up got a call from customer care . I was told they will do replacement now .

Sir, I am a regular confident user of Products of Crompton Greaves. But this a unique experience I had now. I purchased 3 Geysers ( SOLARIUM) & hardly used them for about 2 months only. The numerous problems being faced are unbelievable. On top of that No constructive help is forthcoming from Customer Care. Really it does not behove to a company of Crompton's Repute. The confidence is shaken of a regular customer.
