Pathetic they don't listen to customers, do not know why customers doesn't have other private operators. They take bribe and harsh people.

There is massive spike in my electricity bill from past 4 months (Contract A/C Number: 151535253 ). We have exactly less power consumption in last few months, hence we are not expecting higher charges. Many times I complained for this regard, many times i called to customer service for this regards but till now not satisfied & i also visited to the branch of janakpuri but not get exact solution from there & also not satisfied from their service. Pls look into the matter on priority. Otherwise, I will go to legally. your quick response will be highly appreciable
