I am not happy how they manage and talk to their customers. They need training how to talk and behave. For small change I have to visit twice and to meet them one need to take appointment. Taking appointments is very tedious process. Some time entire month you would not get single slot available and sometime you will get next day appointment. My suggestion, your employees should take responsibility and complete the work. Unfortunately customer don't have any options otherwise they can switch the vendor. Kindly look into these points and make you customers, if not happy then at least satisfied.
