If there was option we could have given negative star to this fraud travel agent. We have had the worst experience with this travel agency. They are frauds. We had to cancel our trip due some unavoidable circumstances. We were told that after a deduction of 20 percent they will refund the remaining amount. They kept asking for a few more days everytime we communicated. Now after 4 months, there is no sign of the refund, they won't take our or reply to our messages. These people take advantage of other's issues and cheat them out of their money. It is good we did not proceed with this organizer otherwise, had we faced some problems they would have left us stranded. This travel agency is not reliable, they are frauds.

The tour coordination is excellent, and we appreciate the local representative's and Delhi representative's regular inquiries about the tour's progress and any necessary adjustments. Hotel selection is permitted and accommodated in the pricing section. The drivers are courteous, speak Hindi, and are skilled drivers in the challenging terrain

They delivered exactly what they said they would. I admire their ability to schedule and organize tours based on the number of days available. The rooms and transportation are of excellent quality. There are no hidden fees or words. Transactions and resources are fully transparent.

The desire of resorts and all the preparations made had been superbly and we had a super information and driver. I travel through ARV Holidays (P) Ltd a month ago. I took a special night bundle from them. They gave me perhaps the best assistance and inn at a spending cost. I think their bundle was over 10% less expensive that what different offices were offering me. I am anticipating more goes in future and might want to pick ARV Holidays (P) Ltd as my movement accomplice. I wish them best of luck.
