More than 45 minutes waiting for customer care. My direct flight tickets from Delhi to Chennai and return were changed by Air Asia with 1 stop and layover of 1 hour and 2 hours respectively. Their arrogance is that it was not intimated to us. Not recommended at all.

Not sure why they kept connecting flight exit gate so far away which took easily one hour in total to reach because of slow security check. In corona, only few flights are operational, still they kept the gates so far. They could have easily used a bus to transfer passengers directly which could have also saved 30 min queue for security check.
Worst customer service. They should be thrown out of India. It takes 2 hours to reschedule flight through their websites. Worst chat service also. They don't even respond through calls.
