Our ticket was also booked before the Corona crisis last year. On going here, Staff behaving very well , rescheduled our ticket very quickly. Thank you very much for good service.

Pathetic. One of the worst place to visit. Not organised. Very poor management experience.. Customers treated more like herd. Same feeling of Air India which was 45 years ago. Low staff morale. Public service image. This is how Government in India works. Full of blugger. There were 40 seats available today for a flight on 29/10/2020 from Delhi to Adelaide and when counter open up today at 03:00pm only 7 seats were available. Air India is doing some funny business fooling around customers flying back home. Air India was charging Rs118000.00 one way ticket which normally cost around Rs40000.00 I.e., 3 times more. This is another way Indian Government is making up for losses. Keep up with good work Air India.

Horrible staff They just want to kill there time and pull ranks in front of you. Horrible experience, been there twice in 2 days and will still have to go there tomorrow.
