Was just passing and my boy said can we take out? Good value fast service
poor customer service. waited over an hour when they said 45 minutes for a delivery. No phone call from them so i contacted the restaurant. they said delay with traffic and will be with me in next 15 mins and they will get the driver to contact me. 20 mins later nothing. so called back and stated that I would still like to food delivered and some of money back. at this point over 1 and half hours. the driver called saying he would be 5 mins. 20 mins later no phone call again and no food. by this point the film we were watching had finished. i then recieved a phone call from the just eat people stating they are going to cancel my food order and refund the money. I stated thats odd because the driver should already be here so who cancelled my order. after a tedious conversation i cancelled the order as was too much hassle and people i was talking to did not appear to understand me or the basics of good customer service. never order from here. a good night in ruined.
