Awesome experience at Preston Toyota! We had been going back and forth between Tundras and F150s. After a horrible experience at a Ford dealership, we were very skeptical coming in. Our experience at Preston was the complete opposite. They were very helpful over the phone, prior to our visit. Our salesman, Matt Sellers was great! He is a straight shooter, and up beat! If you are looking for an honest dealership, and easy to work with, financing, Preston is your place! Thank you, Matt, for our beautiful Tundra!

I bought a new 2018 Tacoma TRD off road from Matt Sellers, I’ve never left a dealership and had something nice to say about a car salesman but honestly he is awesome! I was so guarded at first because most salesmen give you PTSD but what a breath of fresh air. We were signing the papers in 1 HOUR and he gave me the deal I wanted. I’ll be coming back to New Castle Toyota for our next vehicle just because of that guy

1 hr 45 minutes for an oil change and could wait for tire rotation told I'd be out by 9'00, pushed to be out by 9:30.. Its not the employees fault, upper management should care more about CUSTOMER SERVICE than the bottom line. Good employees, just frustrated employees and doesn't appear to be a happy workplace..That's why I buy at Palmiero Toyota..Even the lounge is much better, there..
