Whoever it was that had the idea to invent 'salt and pepper chips' deserves some sort of culinary award. One of the greatest things that has happened to chips since chips were invented. There would be 6 stars if it was possible.

Arrived in Pill on bikes only to find that the pub we planned to have lunch at had been shut. Located New Canton House, and decised to give it a go, eve though they were closing in 10 mins for their afternoon break. Long story short, great service, polite and informative, decent portions, lovely flavours... We enjoyed our lunch in a park and my sons said we need to cycle back here again (from Bristol!)
