Just had chilli rice and chips costing 7.00 WAS very tasty and a large portion, I would definitely go back as its very clean and friendly staff, that's what's left
It used to be the best in Bolton, award winning chippy but unfortunately the food quality as well as customer service have been gradually deteriorating for the past couple of months, i went 7 times on random days and every single time chips were too brown and dry as if they were fried in an old oil, fish was greasy on the outside and dry on the inside..I was a regular client but i have been let down too many times I miss the good old New Bury chippy
Really nice chips. Nice size fish. Crispy batter but not drowned in it thankfully. Got that old school chippy feel to it. They don't take card payments. It's cash only. They have social distancing in place inside and outside. Friendly staff. Recommended
I've been here a few times and the food was amazing best chippy for miles. Untill tonight not one member of staff spoke to me,too busy chatting to each other, the chips were stale and my batter stodgy, I won't be going back there in a hurry. Does someone else own it now.
